  • Ideas – June 17th 2016

    1. Beer can shaped like the world cup
    2. Pipe organ with flutes instead of pipes
    3. USB keyboard based on zx spectrum (128k)
    4. Mouse fighter – Fighting game where you get to be various small animals, mainly rodents but also lizards and birds
    5. Safari fighter – Fighting game where you get to be various large animals, Rhino VS Giraffe!
    6. To avoid ambiguity between serial killers, lone nuts, radicals and terrorists, news media are now to refer to anyone that deliberately kills anyone as “arsehole”
    7. Netflix automatically starts playing a random show from your list if you spend more than 5 minutes browsing
    8. Escape from Eurasia. Story about someone escaping from Eurasia to defect to the free state of Oceania, only to find that it’s worse
    9. War clowns. An entire circus gets drafted at short notice and sent off to the WW1 front

  • Ideas – June 16th 2016

    1. Arm mounted water bottle or water bottle holster
    2. Leprechauns are living among us, indistinguishable from normal people, they mostly work in bakerys
    3. Clurichauns are also among us, they mostly play in punk bands and have jobs as roadies
    4. Basket ball, but the ball has magnets in it. At certain points in the game, strong electromagnets get turned on, interfering with the travel of the ball
    5. App that can tell if meat is cooked by analysing a picture of a cross section
    6. As above, but can tell if it’s off
    7. Watches that look like snakes
    8. Nanobots instead of antibiotics

    5. Bed with giant spring at each corner instead of legs

  • Ideas – June 10th 2016

    1. Recreate Hannibals march to Rome as a pub crawl
    2. Avengers made of jelly
    3. Hat that automatically tilts to provide you maximum shade from the sun
    4. When making a pie in a large dish, place a rectangular piece of metal, bent at a right angle in. When pie is done, slice around this piece, enabling you to lift the first slice straight up
    5. Drone with a goat on a leash thats programmed to lead goat around field in such a way that it grazes a pattern in the grass
    6. Thermometer that registers temperature by having a lobster climb up and down a wall
    7. Some sort of spherical collander so you can shake rice dry without spilling it everywhere
    8. Rhubarb and custard cream biscuit
    9. Zippo lighter that looks like a custard cream
    10. Implant magnets under your skin so you can attach a variety of body mod things like horns or LEDs, but then remove them so you can keep your accountancy job

  • Ideas – June 3rd 2016

    1. Airport queue barriers that open and close depending on how many people are queuing, so you’re not zig zagging all over the place
    2. Ice sculptor that works like a 3d printer in reverse, using lasers to carve out a block of ice. Two lasers that only get hot enough to melt ice at a certain point will allow you to carve hollow sculptures
    3. XTCRex
    4. Some sort of medicine that makes you not react to jellyfish stings
    5. Turn the big yellow box on the road into a spring loaded trap so that if someone stays on it too long, they get flung into the air.
    6. Partition off the back quarter of aeroplanes, make it a “noisy carriage”
    7. Aliens kidnapped neanderthals and used them to colonise another planet. The neanderthals develop space travel and now they want earth back
    8. Ice cream printer, makes pictures with different flavours of ice cream
    9. Online reputation system that links to real life reputation
    10. Some sort of card game where one player invents a new commandment, the other players have to figure out inventive ways to break them using one of the cards in their stack

  • Ideas – May 21st 2016

    1. A mug and small dish where the dish will fit snugly on top of the mup so you can hold it and eat at the same time
    2. Bottle clip so you can clip a beer bottle on a plate in order to faciliate holding them and eating
    3. Over the shoulder harness with plate shelf
    4. Slide presentations with sound effects
    5. Megaphone on a necklace, to amplify voice without being obtrusive
    6. Safari PD.  Savannah animals as cops. Running joke of a crocodile on a stake out for every episode but never sees anything
    7. Device for time travelers that continually checks all lottery results world wide against a database of historical results to gauge how far the timeline has diverged from their reality
    8. Space postman
    9. Film animals fighting in the wild as they normally do, unprovoked by humans. Then use cg to put them in different colors like boxing gear, add commentary and televise
    10. Bar percussion with pints and bottles and drumming on the taps

  • Ideas – May 20th 2016

    1. Sales pigeons carrying orders and reciepts
    2. Giant scale reproduction of a classic 45 where you can walk through the grooves
    3. Stab carrots
    4. Edible bulbs or diodes that light up
    5. Milk jug with seven nozzles. Milk goes in, rainbow comes out
    6. Could you launch a weather balloon probe with a frog and have it come back alive?
    7. Electronic frog substitute for testing said probe
    8. Physical tamigotchi that uses hydraulics to actually grow and change shape
    9. A mask that shows your face but with an expression appropriate to the situation
    10. Voice modulator that adjusts your voice to different accent
